Introduction
The CANIOPARK is a front parking sensor interface designed to activate front parking sensors under the following conditions:
- Vehicle is in drive < 5MPH
The interface will turn off the sensors after 30 seconds of no vehicle movement.
The installation requires the following:
- CAN connection under passenger floor
- Ignition power
- Chassis ground
- Activation wire to front parking sensor module
Note: this installation manual does not provide instructions for installing the parking sensors or the parking sensor module. Please refer to the parking sensor system installation guide for those instructions.

Remove plastic sill cover along door sill plate and set aside

Pull back carpet in front of seat to access under floor area

The interface harness has a brown and brown/red lead with a 2 pin plug. This plug needs to be plugged into the CAN distribution block with brown and brown/red wires

The distribution block with brown and brown/red wires is located in an access panel along the door sill

Open access panel and locate distribution block with brown and brown/red wires along door sill, towards the kick

Plug provided 2 pin plug into any empty spot in the distribution block

If provided plug does not fit into block, the small plastic keying tab on the provide plug can be shaved off

Connect red wire from interface harness to ignition power

Connect black wire from interface harness to chassis ground

Connect all wires from the front parking sensor module (power, tun-on, activation) except the ground wire to the white wire on the interface harness

Connect the ground wire from the front parking sensor module to chassis ground

Install parking sensors per parking sensor system instructions

The interface will activate the front parking sensors under the following conditions

Vehicle is in drive at speeds less than 5MPH
-
After 30 seconds of idle, the interface will turn off the sensors until movement is resumed

Once sensors are confirmed to be working, mount modules appropriately and re-assemble vhicle

Do not mount modules near any heat sources or moving parts
